Prednisolon ist ein Hormon der Nebennierenrinde. Es ist ein Glucokortikoid mit antiphlogistischer und antihistaminischer, abschwellender Wirkung und zudem Gefäßwand stabilisierend.

  • 200mg oder 250mg i.v.
• Kinder:
  • bis 15KgKG - 50mg i.v.
    bis 30KgKG - 100mg i.v.

  • 100mg i.v.
• Kinder:
  • i.v. 2mg/KgKG - Maximaldosis 100mg
  • Supp 100mg

Wirkeintritt 15 - 20 min. → frühzeitige Applikation notwendig
